I am an Interior Design and customer experience professional with 9+ years of experience in consumer-facing environments,. For the past 6+ years I have specialized in design based on customer insight and market research, as well as the company's needs. 

I’ve been a project leader and designer on over 30 implementations of roomsets and 4 major store area remodels. I also have extensive customer relations experience, having planned wardrobe systems, kitchens, and living room solutions one-on-one with clientele for three years.

I’m experienced in coordinating both short and long-term projects in teams of varying sizes to put customer needs into practical, on-time outcomes. I'm known for strong communication, timeliness, a positive mindset and improving customer satisfaction through thoughtful solutions.
